
Lincoln, NE—The Republican National Committee’s Presidential Debate Committee selected the Nebraska Republican Party’s National Committeeman, J.L. Spray, to chair the Subcommittee on Presidential Primary Debates.
In his new role, Spray will oversee the policy and help organize Republican Presidential Primary Debates in the lead up to the 2024 Presidential Election. “I’m honored to have been selected by my peers to lead this committee,” Spray said. “I look forward to making a positive contribution to process that will demonstrate to the American people the depth of talent in our party among those seeking the top office.”
Spray is a past Chairman of the Nebraska Republican Party and is presently a member of the Republican National Committee. Spray is a lifelong resident of Lincoln and has worked at Mattson Ricketts law firm since 1984. His expertise focuses on commercial litigation, including securities and real estate disputes, and estate litigation. He has also handled many campaign-related matters, including compliance, election contests, and initiative petition issues.
